Copy file default.php
Browse to your /templates/ folder.
Open the folder for your current template. In this example, our template is /tz_nish_ii/
Open this folder (templates\tz_nish_ii\html\mod_tz_portfolio_plus_articles\plg_mediatype_image) and paste file default.php here
