Release TZ Portfolio+ 2.1.8

Hi,

After releasing TZ Portfolio+ version 2.1.7, we have already noticed a bug from creating portfolio menu with Single article view on Joomla 3.9.4 thanks to an user's feedback. That's why this release today is to fix that bug immediately. So get your TZ Portfolio+ updated now.

 **Change-logs:**

- Fix error choose article of "Single Article" menu item type with Joomla 3.9.4.
- Optimize core package file.

As usual, if you encounter any issues with TZ Portfolio+, feel free to let us know then. We're willing to address them all asap.
