I was Billed in August for a renewal on my TZ portfolio+ that was never applied to my license.

So when I saw my license expired, I jump on paid for a renewal and that did not renew my license either.

Then I see I have two charges in paypal now and two subscriptions at fast spring.

Why is this so difficult?

I sent an email to support.

I'd like one of the charges refunded and the other applied the license that should have need renewed in August when paid for.

Can Support help?

The TZ Portfolio+ section is down since the renewal is renewing.

I created a new license for the renewal. Please login to your account and check it out.
We will issue the refund for the new subscription ASAP. Please wait for it.

Will you process refund on duplicate payment today?


ALSO, Why did the automated payment through FastSpring NOT renew my license? It took my payment, but did not apply to renewal of license.
