I was Billed in August for a renewal on my TZ portfolio+ that was never applied to my license.
So when I saw my license expired, I jump on paid for a renewal and that did not renew my license either.
Then I see I have two charges in paypal now and two subscriptions at fast spring.
Why is this so difficult?
I sent an email to support.
I'd like one of the charges refunded and the other applied the license that should have need renewed in August when paid for.

The TZ Portfolio+ section is down since the renewal is renewing.
