I can only access being a Super User

Hello,

I have just published our updated website, but when my team member tried using TZ Portfolio+ to create and edit articles, the system says he doesn't have authorization, even though he's an administrator and publisher.

I have tried playing around with the options, I checked the settings both in TZ Portfolio+ and Global Configurations, and he should be allowed to do what he's trying to do, but no matter what i do, he doesn't get clearance.

I don't want to make him a Super User just because of TZ Portfolio+, so what else can I be missing?

I have version 2.07 installed.

Hello,

We guested that you missed some permission points to allow Administrator in Global configuration
Please go to Admin > system > Global configuration > TZ Portfolio+ > Permission
Set Administrator to be "Allowed" to "Manage articles", "Manage categories", and others (Up to your permission)

OK, so I was able to give access to article editing to my Administrator (not Super User) via Joomla's ACL.

Then it created a different problem: when he tried to edit customs fields, something weird happens when everything gets deleted and a couple of the fields becomed greyed out (blocked for editing).

So I went ahead and gave him access to edit custom fields. That did it.

But he still can't create new articles, even though it's allowed in the Permissions through Global Configuration.

I just realized that the problem is that I don't have the Pro version, and thus I'm limited to 50 articles.

Very disappointed, and quite confused too about the pricing.

Whats is it? I have to buy a subscription for $39 bucks? Is that per year, month?

Hello,

I'm still unable to process the payment. I know it's not the card, otherwise I'd be getting SMS messages that the card was denied.

Any idea what the problem can be?

Also, any chances you could extend the discount?
