This is the way I made it now: I disabled the media (images) in the tamplates manager so that the image which is shown in the article view category listing does not show up in the detailed article view. Then i put the other image which i want to be shown in the detailed article view directly in the content for the article.

This solution works for me but it isn't a very comfortable one. So if anyone finds a better solution please tell me :-P

Hello,

Thanks so much for your question.
For the category, we have category image.

For articles, the images appear in category layout will appear in the detail article as well.

ok so there is no way to have an image for an article which appears in category layout only but not in the detail article view?

Hello,

Currently, in the layout Video, you can upload the image to appear in the category view.
However, for the other one, could you please give me an example then I will ask our developer about this.

This is my site: . There you can see my article in the category view with the thumbnail image. If you click on the article now you can see two images. But i don't want the image in the thumbnail to show up in the article view. So like I want one image for the thumbnail only and another image for the detail article view only. Do you know what I mean? :silly:

Hello,

I wanna confirm about this.
Do you mean that in article type Image Gallery, there is one image appears in category view.
And other image will appear in the gallery of article like normally?
