To hide the Readmore button please go to Admin > Components > TZ Portfolio+ > Categories > open your categories > Article View Options In Category Listings > disable the option "Show Readmore" https://snipboard.io/opYTVC.jpg

If you want to hide the "Read More" button, please open your category > Article View Options In Category Listings > Disable the option "Show Read More".
P/s: Pls remember to clear your cache before going to the front-end to see changes.
