Hi,

I opened a VIP ticket 2 days ago:
- is not in the list of open tickets
- no response from support (not even on facebook messenger)

what should I do????
If you want to use the Developer bundle, you're supposed to purchase it separately. It's impossible to switch from the Personal to the Developer bundle as you mentioned.

I needed to switch from Personal Bundle to Developer.
They told me it couldn't be done.
