I have a billing issue and have trying to open two tickets today, however, neither ticket shows in my tickets.
I had tried to renew my TZ Portfolio+ with PayPal however, my license to TZ Portfolio+ did not update and still says expired an hour later.
I think last I had paid with a credit card and this time paid with PayPal. Maybe some PayPal disconnect?
Anyone how can help like billing support would be great.
Web site is not working since license expired.
