I believe I have found a bug in your system. When trying to setup TZ Portfolio Plus Portfolio module, the entire area where I should be able to turn on/off the voting capability is not set in a way where I can actually do anything. As such, I cannot remove the ratings from a page where the module is embedded and it is driving me crazy. We certainly don't want people rating kids that are available for adoption.
EDIT: Welp, I found how I can just disable the add-on all together. So that did the trick. But it took way longer than it should have to figure that out.
