Extactly the samen issue for me. Joomla 5 local installed (Xampp) No matter which feature I chose; they al give te same respons: Undefined constant "COM_TZ_PORTFOLIO_PLUS_ADMIN_PATH"

I upgraded joomla to version4 and have version 2.6.2 of TZ portfolio+ (free version) installed.
I get the same error where ever I try to go in tz or the menu items that are linked to tz
